I’ve been writing for more than a decade now. Not being one to rush into things, I’ve finally gotten comfortable with the idea of other people reading all these words that I keep scribbling into notebooks and word processors. With that in mind, I’ve decided to create a place where I can share my writings so that they can go out into the world and do whatever it is that they are meant to do.
To the left you’ll find the categories that I feel best divide my work. Browse around here and maybe you’ll find that one section or another suits you best. To the right you’ll find a list of my most recent works as well as the site’s most frequently read posts. Browse around there and perhaps you’ll find that, despite their poor reputation, the masses really do have admirable tastes.
The works that I’ve gathered here represent less than a comprehensive survey of my production. To begin this collection, I have chosen a selection of pieces from my back catalog that, despite their flaws, I still enjoy. My aim is to fill out this site with new material, as often as possible and in whatever form it takes, though, as anyone who’s ever had a deadline to meet can attest, the practice of writing is work. But work I shall. As I venture to improve both my consistency and productivity (a big thank you to 750 Words for getting me back on track), I’ll be sharing whatever progress I make, here, with you.
There are strange stories, off kilter humor, and a fair share of sonic snobbery to be found in the words that I’ve laid out on this site. I’ve enjoyed my time with all of these pieces and I’m hoping that you will too.
